    Reasonable Place / Spacious Duplexes / Close to Shops and Fine Dining

    I have been a resident of Towne Crest Apartment and Homes for three years. During my time, I will say that the location is good. The bus stop Ride-on Bus 57 and 64 are nearby. The Washington Grove Marc Train stop is nearby. I will say that the properties are spacious and the maintenance is well-kept. About 3/4 mile away there is a community center, schools, banks, grocery store, and Starbucks are not far. Towne Crest Drive is easily accessible off of I-370 via I-270. The location is not far from… interest points: Lakeforest Mall, Old Town Gaithersburg, Montgomery County Fairgrounds, and easy access to 355 (Frederick Road) main artery from Gaithersburg as far as up to Clarksburg/Urbana. The community has been a safe haven since I have lived here. The office staff are professional and requests for maintenance are handled within a timely manner.
