Great place to live but the only issue is no access to the gym after hours. I’m not even sure the gyms is even still there.

Acclaim at Germantown is a good neighborhood to live in .It's peaceful and quiet . The rental office workers are caring and respectful and helpful . The Maintenance are great workers ' They do there job. Thank You
