    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!11

    DO NOT MOVE HERE! We showed up on moving date at 9am and they had us and the movers waiting till 10:30am just to tell us that there was a "miscommunication" (there never was one after we signed the lease. they completely went radio silent) because the place we signed off on was not ready. They rushed us to a new place where there's roaches EVERWHERE! SMALL, MEDIUM ect.! They have been found in food and both my children got bit. I have to have everything bagged up and can't even cook in my… kitchen! The carpet and tile was not installed right at all and the closet door was broken. The front door didn't even close all the way and they didn't come till the next day to fix it knowing this was an emergency! This has been a complete nightmare since we moved in. They never pick up the phone or follow up in a timely manner and their voicemail box is full. They did us sooo dirty and Nicole is a horrible property manager. I fail to assume she did not know about any of this since she IS the property manager. She was the one who had us waiting for the assistant manager to show up to break us the news about the original place, when I feel like that kind of stuff should've came from her. Her excuse for having us wait so long was "I wasn't the one that helped you and he knows more about your case then I do.". Okay, but I thought you were the property manager? Why do you not know what's going on on your own property or why can't you take the initiative to us help us instead of having us wait an hour and half? How hard is it for you to ask us or talk to your employee and or open up our file and ask how she can help? She has not followed up with us at all knowing how upset we are. Please save yourself and family from this place. It is NOT worth it!
