To be honest, the complex for me was okay, as a single person needs just a clean and quiet place to stay in. However, it is ridiculous to be charged $650 upon moving out, since they said they wanted to replace the glass stovetop, which looked good

Rooms are well insulated from noise and the management and maintenance staff are very helpful.

Where to start! This apartment complex is ran by some really rude, non-helpful, leasing specialists. I have lived here for almost a year and I cannot wait to get out. The staff purposely avoid contact with tenants to not deal with issues that do matter. On top of that they blatantly lie even after contradicting themselves. The walls and floors are PAPER THIN. You can hear people arguing, stomping, yelling and god knows what else. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes in Germantown; 5 different... ones in the past 8 years, and this one is by far THE WORST. The minute you call them out, they get super defensive and try to act like they care but when you start to email and call them to confront them with issues, they hide and avoid you. I moved into my apartment in March. It is amazing here! The community is beautiful. The apartments are brand new and huge, with tons of natural light. The management and leasing staff are wonderful. Ron, Elena, Sandra and Meredith all make you feel comfortable, welcome and at home. Ron worked with me throughout the entire leasing process. He was so patient and kind. I was having difficulty choosing an apartment. He was gracious and kind every time that I called, stopped by the office to... ask a question, or asked to see an apartment.
