So far it seems nice. The neighbors are friendly and it's quite for the most part. Parking has been good so far. The only negative as of now is that you need to hike to the trash compactor.

I enjoy being a resident here. I like the quiet community. The rooms are decent sizes. Maintenance is efficient. The amenities are cool. I love that we have a locker for package delivery.

The staff at Heritage at Waters landing is wonderful helpful the maintenance staff is very helpful and very caring and is a great blessing to me and they all deserve all the credit of keeping the apartment running very well Amen. The office assistant manager is wonderful Amen and very caring and helpful and sweet she cares a lot about me with what I needed in my apartment all the time and she is very wonderful and helpful always Amen.
