Leasing office is great and very attentive but the community can definitely still use a lot of updating and fixing. The pool still looks old and rusted, the gym equipment is nice but dusty, parking can be difficult at certain times and older unit can definitely use a face lift.

I appreciate how kind and responsive the staff and maintenance team are — they really make a difference. However, I’ve noticed some issues with residents leaving trash around, playing loud music during quiet hours, and letting unsupervised kids play near cars and cause damage.
I wanted to share this in case management can remind residents about community guidelines. I really enjoy living here and want to help keep it a nice place for everyone.
