Find somewhere else
Bottom of the barrel. If u can imagine a horrible apt. This has everything u don’t want. Dirty, roaches, leaks in kitch and bathroom. Carpet is paper thin. Thin walls. No matter how clean u kept it, it’s disgusting

Thank you so much for your review. We apologize, as it appears you are not familiar with your community work order request system. This system allows for you to submit maintenance requests directly to the maintenance teams. We have monthly... preventative pest control as well as a contract to service individual units as needed, we simply need to be notified. Leaks are considered maintenance emergencies and can be fixed as soon as the team is notified. Depending on the age of your carpet, you may be eligible for an carpet upgrade on your next lease renewal. We would love to invite you to see the improvements we have made, the updates we still have coming up in the near future and want to thank you again for your detailed feedback!
