Horrible Management

I had a horrible experience living in this apartment complex. These apartments are extremely unclean, smell of weed 24/7 and UNSAFE. The management is extremely rude and make sure they give you a super hard time with everything . Towards the end I was so concerned about my safety that I had to end my lease early and pay two extra months of rent. Despite me paying two extra months of rent , the administration has now reached out to me asking me to pay about $1500 for alleged carpet damage , when... the only thing they are showing me are some surface stains that can easily be cleaned. There are no bleach marks, pet damages or burns, but the admin has unilaterally decided that they will replace the carpet for the entire apartment and is charging the whole amount on us. This is a whole month after we moved out. They are not willing to listen to any negotiation and threatening with sending to collections. Please stay away from this place!

Very pleased with my apartment, I just moved in last week & I want to give 5 stars to the maintenance team and the leasing office for making my move stress free, thanks guys! Love it already!

Totally Worth It!

We moved in at the start of January and we've been very happy with the time we've spent here. Our AC had some issues during the hotter months, but the maintenance staff were nothing but helpful. Leasing office staff were always so nice and helpful and were always happy to help. This place is totally worth every penny. We signed an 18 month lease and we already decided we're renewing once it's up.

You Get What You Pay For At Abberly!

Beautiful and clean community, large and spacious apartments and friendly staff in the leasing office - what more can you ask for in an apartment home?

I was sold on the amenities - which I can honestly say that I have probably used all of the amenities they offer, including the club house, gym, and pool. Before moving, I did my research and no other apartment in Waldorf compared to Abberly IMO. All I can say is - you truly get what you pay for!

I have not personally had any issues with my... apartment that require maintenance therefore I cannot speak on that BUT they keep the community clean, they pick up my trash as scheduled, they sign and secure my packages and they seem to regularly maintenance my apartment (which they give notice for).

I have ZERO complaints!
