People please take the time to read this review it will help you before you make a mistake. This apartment complex is not a great place to live. Between the blatant criminal activity, poor maintenance staff, poor office staff and mice/roach infestation of all buildings of the property, NOTHING is being addressed in a proper manner. This is a place where the previous and existing management will refuse to hear concerns and do the bare minimum to resolve any issues you WILL have. Listen folks,… they will promise you heaven and earth to get your money but once the ink has dried on the page they will leave you high and dry. The smell of weed is rampant in every apartment and the domestic violence can be heard through paper thin walls. Mice are a guarantee no matter how clean you keep your living space. The Moran Elite Pest Management Company are completely incompetent at their jobs their solution to the pest pandemic in all building is to move your fridge and your stove and place down sticky pads. But once enough tenants complain now you say it’s a full fledge infestation, and now management is in a panic to attempt to remedy the situation because tenants are suing? Even though they’ve know about this issue for close to 30 years. Parking, what is that? There is no place to park near your unit if you get home past 4pm. Their have been over 5-6 car accidents resulting in tenant cars being totaled on Essex road in the past few years alone from people in the neighborhoods speeding down the narrow street. If you are looking for a place to move, especially if you have children, I implore you to consider another apartment complex where you will be treated with respect and your money will be well spent. But should you chose to become a tenant of Brookstone apartments, you WILL regret it.
