Great Apartments!

Great community and great apartments! Nikki and Donte do a wonderful job creating an environment that is awesome for all its residents! All utilities are included, along with a mounted tv and internet! Friendly neighbors and a super convenient location close to the highway and plenty of stores/restaurants!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. I especially appreciate the small gym and clubhouse area—they’re a great bonus. Nikki and Donte are great !

Living at Trellis Hubt Valley

I signed my first lease in October 2021, and am still living here. From the very start I have been impressed with the management team being sociable and helpful with the answering of any questions. The units are solidly built and very quiet, excellent grounds keeping. Very happy with all inclusive rent and the excellent clubhouse. So happy I found this place at the beginning of Trellis Hunt Valley and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to rent

With its ideal balance of comfort, contemporary convenience, and first-rate, neighborhood-focused management, living at TRELLIS HUNT VALLEY genuinely surpassed all expectations.
It feels more like a home than a rental because the apartment's well-thought-out, roomy layout, high-end finishes, abundant natural light, pet-friendliness, exercise area, offers plenty of social events, convenient shopping neighborhood, and easy access to the city. But what really makes this location unique is the… committed management team, whose responsiveness and professionalism are unparalleled. Requests for maintenance are completed very quickly and meticulously, guaranteeing a comfortable living space at all times. The staff makes sure residents feel heard and appreciated by maintaining immaculate common areas and communicating with them in a polite and timely manner.

I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a stylish, stress-free, and well-managed place to live! Thankful and extremely proud of the property manager Nikki and the top maintenance Dante for their brilliance in leadership and customer service! You #ROCK
