Maintenance service

the a/c from my apartment that i rent wasn't working properly and i call the main office and the technician Eduardo came and fixed it, now is working good thanks Hanover apartments maintenance service, thanks! Exelelent maintenance service .....

MICE & Terrible Maintenance

In my opinion, the only good thing about this complex is my leasing agent Brittny, she is so sweet and helpful she is great at her job! Other than that, I’ve been living here for almost a year and have already experienced MICE. My hvac unit has a giant hole that goes straight into the ground and allows field mice to enter my home. I was distraught & disgusted! I threatened to not pay the rent so the maintenance people came running to fix the issue but still didn’t handle the problem. It took… about 3 weeks for them to fix the issue which is totally unacceptable. The only reason I see no more mice is because they had someone from another company come and put a metal blocker under the hvac closet. The maintenance men couldn’t even finish their job, they literally suck and have the worst attitudes.

Satisfied

Been living in this community for four years and have been satisfied. THe grounds are kept nice and it’s quiet. I have not experienced roaches and or mice in my unit. There was an air issue a couple of years back but that has been fixed. The parking can be a pain at times. I really wished there was assigned parking. Overall, we are satisfied!

LOVE MY HOME

Me and my husband have relocated from out of state and we love our new home. We have a renovated one bedroom and it is so gorgeous. The property is very clean and quiet I love that I don’t see people hanging around I feel very safe. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone who is relocating out of state or simply finding a great new home in the area.
