Stay Away
The whole building is infested with mice and cockroaches. New management states they "have recurring pest control each week," however, this is extremely doubtful because I have seen nothing being done about this. They continue to act surprised whenever you bring up the presence of pests, even though they are visibly present in each hallway (you literally cannot avoid them). Staff in the leasing office are condescending and rude. One woman will yell you out of the office if you show up with a... question or concern because "it was not sent in an email." The overall property just feels unsafe. Parking is terrible. Overall, just avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Lack of security in the parking
Everything is the only problem is the parking lot at 10:00 pm you do not find parking and it is supposed to give parking for Apartment but I do not know how many people come from other side to park It has consumed alcohol and drugs I think that They need more Security In the parking lots But everything else is good

Free Rent Review
Its looks like a very good place to live. I will recommend this to my friends. I need a apartment bad for me and my son. If I had to choose a place to live this would be it. Its a good enough space with a beautiful kitchen and air conditioning. All utilities included is a bonus and metro accessible. Prices are great and paying a fee for pets is not a problem. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

that apt is very clean units are very spacious , closets are walk ins , really closed to stores and metro . community best service always trying to make the property better .
