Wonderful Office Staff and Great Location

I have been a resident of Autumn Woods since 2024 and I really can't say enough about the professionalism of the management staff with Kia at the helm as manager. Not only is she always so pleasant but provides outstanding customer service.

Autumn Woods is a tranquil and wonderful small community in Jessup that I really enjoy and is close to everything I need, including my commute to work. The apartments do come with older, basic appliances but everything is in working order and if not,… maintenance always comes to deliver.

Mgmt makes our stay even better

Management goes above and beyond. Extremely responsive, kind, and accountable. They made our time here better than imagined. The apartments are spacious and maintained well. Maintenance is also quick and effective. Very much recommend!

Great staff

I have been thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, service, friendliness, and responsiveness of all of the office staff as well as the maintenance crew. They are an amazing group. They work together to make sure they deliver exceptional service.

In my six years of living at this property, they have contributed to a positive environment. I have always felt safe and comfortable. The grounds are always clean, the community is quiet, the service requests have been immediately… remedied, and the contractors have also been pleasant.

I agree with a previous review that the walls are thin. I've lived in two apartments on the property, it isn't overbearing and the neighbors are considerate. It's apartment living.

Cheap and with everything you need

This place is not a luxury apartment but it’s cheap and has everything you need. The staff is nice. The walls are a bit thin, but other that, no complaints.

Great Staff

I lived at Autumn Woods for a year. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The office staff and the maintenance staff were very nice. It was clean and safe and a great fit for my little family.
