Glad I Moved Here!

Foxborough Estates is a good place to live. I like my neighbors, the front office staff and the maintenance crew. The property manager, Sammie, is awesome! I’ve been here since May 2025 and I don’t regret my decision. Oh yeah, the location is perfectly centered between Columbia and Laurel with convenient access to HWY 1 and HWY 32. Plus, the town of Savage is a nice community and quiet place to live. The Savage Mill shopping center, park and trails are good places to visit.

Great value for Howard County

Beautiful, secluded, quiet, wooded, green area by the Little Patuxent River. Friendly staff who treat you like family, work orders handled promptly (even during the pandemic). Plenty parking, convenient access to I-95, BW Parkway, Fort Meade. Walking distance to convenience store, post office. Nearby Savage Park trails which leads you to Lake Elkhorn if you enjoy running/cycling.

Great Place to Live!

I’ve been living at Foxborough Estates for nearly two years now, and I love it. The leasing office is excellent and extremely efficient. I’ve had to call about a couple of issues, and they took care of those issues right away without question. The maintenance staff is great with taking care of requests in a timely manner. They offer a military discount on rent and the complex is close to Fort Meade. Highly recommend this place!!

Do not recommend living here.

Ongoing mice problem, other tenants leave trash and piles of unwanted belongings at the bottom of the stairs, as well as trash bags on their balconies seen from the entrance/parking lot. Not enough parking, specifically at night, sometimes having to walk from 5 buildings away. Maintenance and exterminator show up days after calling in an issue and are not even successful in the job.

The BEST Service!!!

I've been living here for 2+ years.
I've had a few minor mechanical problems and all have been attended to and fixed immediately.

Last week, on Christmas Eve, my garbage disposal died!! I felt terrible having to call on Emergency Maintenance on Christmas Eve, but Amado was here so quickly and had a new disposal installed in not time!!!

I am so grateful for the ENTIRE MAINTENANCE TEAM at Foxborough Estates!!! They are not only quick and efficient, but lovely people and happy to be so... helpful!!!

THE BEST SERVICE!!!!
