The only good thing about living here is the maintenance team — they are responsive and do their best. Unfortunately, everything else has been a terrible experience due to property management.

The first red flag came two days before move-in, when we were suddenly told our apartment wouldn’t be ready for another two weeks. After almost a year with no issues, things got worse when a roach infestation began due to overcrowded apartments nearby. Instead of handling it promptly, management delayed… inspections and extermination over and over, forcing residents to live with pests.

On top of that, despite months of documented requests, no lease renewal or transfer options were ever provided as my lease end date approached. The manager avoids calls, emails, and any direct contact, showing no accountability for residents’ concerns.

This community could be fine if not for management’s negligence. The poor communication, failure to address habitability, and disregard for residents make it a terrible place to live not to mention the thousands of dollars we have spent to replace furniture, make sure our unit is continuously deep cleaned so we don’t get any pests and now moving!!
