Four years here. I still love it. Staff are professional. Concerns are addressed immediately. Maintenance is on-time and very attentive. I never have a problem with neighbors. Community grounds and individual buildings are cleaned daily! Yes. It is a bit pricey to live here but I am willing to pay for peace of mind. Currently, the only complaint I have is the entrance gate. I wish there was a seperate entrance for residents and visitors. The one entrance gets congested often.

Good customer service, they follow up with you, they respond call and email, repair and clean apartment before move in, alot of rules that to keep the community safe

The staff is very friendly and proficient when it comes to request. You can hear the toilet flush from the other unit and the slamming of the toilet seat. Needless to say the walls are very thin but the neighbors are very nice

Great staff and maintenance people. Great location and never had any issues with other residents. I raised my now 22 year old daughter here and always felt safe. The only con is the rent is extremely high!
