This is a good and safe place to live. The smoke issues have been addressed and I am pleased. The grounds remain well kept and the community events are really nice. Happy with my home.

The staff at The Ivy Club is amazing. I called to get information and spoke with Kristen and she provided me with all of the information I needed. I went to tour the same day and loved everything I seen with upgrades to the unit along with the professionalism of Kristen. I don't like carpet so that is the only downfall for me. I applied that afternoon and was approved the next day. Even though the square footage is not what I am use to, I will adapt. The fact that this is a gated community and... also have security and the building is secured as well is a PLUS. You will not be disappointed at all with living at The Ivy Club.

The communication is wonderful. We have to mention the service request turnaround being so amazing! The grounds is always kept up really nice and the residents are great as well.
