I love it here !! It’s quiet and neighbors are nice. I like that visitors have to be let in so there is no soliciting around the building at all.

It’s been a wonderful year’s experience for living here, safety, great neighbor and office managers friendly. I’m moving next month but I will always remember the great memories of this place. I just want to say thank you for all!

Love that the community is gated and very clean area we feel very safe. Leasing office staff is very nice as well makes us all feel welcomed within the community

I've lived here about a month & my experience has been mostly positive. Maintenance is great! They respond fairly quick & called me back within 30 minutes when the water went out. It was a city water issue & they worked on it through the night, so I was still able to shower before work in the morning. The leasing office staff has been wonderful as well. They always answer or get back to you asap. The only call out I have is the gate has unfortunately been broken for more than two weeks, which... defeats the purpose of a gated community.
