Evergreens at Laurel

Been here for almost ten years. No complaints. Still wish there was more amenities or discount members at a local business as a evergreens resident Especially
with rent increase, and now that visitors have to pay for parking

Apartment size is good but the leasing process was troubling. Communication time was good but did not like I had to sign a lease before seeing the unit. I was told by leasing specialist the unit was renovated and everything was new. Signed the lease and saw the apartment and nothing was renovated. Also I don’t get hot water because the water heater is 3 buildings down. Not happy at all but I have to deal with it because the lease was signed without the information being disclosed before signing.

I have lived here for over a year and have truly enjoyed my experience. The community has made great improvements, including enhanced security, cameras, and a security vehicle that patrols the property every night. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is always responsive and timely whenever an issue comes up.

What I appreciate most is how much the management genuinely cares about its residents. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel valued and welcomed. The… community events throughout the year and for different holidays have been exceptional, and they do a wonderful job looking after the children as well. Last year, they hosted a back-to-school event and helped provide school supplies.

Staff are friendly and community is pretty clean and safe. If anything is broken in your apartment, reach out to Evergreens team. They usually come on the same day.
