Don’t make the mistake of signing a lease here. The halls reek of the smell of garbage that tenants leave outside their doors days at a time, many tenants don’t observe any of the policies in their leases (implied and explicit) including noise ordinances and smoking policies. The parking garage gate, entry doors, and elevator are routinely broken leading to unsafe conditions. Property management staff that manages the mailroom are insanely rude. You’ll struggle to retrieve anything delivered... here. The apartments are full of aging outdated appliances. The rental rates are too high to provide so little value.

Overpriced and unsafe!
Horrible communication when it comes to the Leasing Office. Car break ins and vandalism. The property is filthy and not worth the price.

Auto Vandalism
Don’t waste your time. You will spend more money trying to repair your car than actually paying rent. Car vandalism is very frequent.
