Do not move

1. Bad neighbors, your shipments will be stolen. Loud neighbors, wake you all types of hours. Management staff won’t do anything about it.

2. Rat, roach infested. Staff won’t do much to get rid of problem.

3. Shared laundry machines. Vandalized constant, makes machine un usable. Takes 2 to 3 weeks to have repair done, When complaining to management they tell you to go to the website or call them, won’t help.

4. Car thieves all around. Complex has no cameras so makes it easy... for car thieves to break In or steal your car.

5. When placing a work order, most chances it won’t be fixed for several days if you are lucky.

Pray for good neighbors

If you plan to live here, pray for good neighbors. I just moved here less than 4 months ago and the first packages I had delivered to my apartment were stolen by my neighbors. Since then I tried not to have anything delivered but anytime I do, and if it’s not my cat food, my neighbors steal my packages. The office won’t do anything about it and there are NO cameras in the building to check. My advise, either look elsewhere or pray for good neighbors before moving. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Deerfield Run Apartments

Very pleasant place to live. Situated convenoetly next to a shopping center and has on-site laundry facilities and pool. All utilities besides the water bill is included in rent. The only con is the parking is very limited. Visitor parking can be very difficult due to the limited visitor parking spots.
