Mice infested

Lived here for 3 years and during the last year during Covid the maintenance and pest control stopped coming by which resulted into my building getting infested. First my neighbor upstairs had them, then after I had them in my apartment. It was so bad they were coming in from outside through the vents! I talked to the leasing office and they never helped. I’m so glad I got out of there.

Mice Infested, Mice Climbing Couch and In Couch

Most horrible experience ever in a mice infested apartment, stolen and altered money orders out of the rental office drop box and no resolve to any of this traumatizing issues.

Most Horrible Apartment Experience Ever

Horrible apartment experience because of a bad mice infestation, stolen and altered money orders out of the rental office drop box and more. Have photos and videos as proof. Staff was rude, didn't care about resolving issues.

My First apartment

This is a great apartment for someone that is just moving out and living on their own the neighborhood is quiet and it is cleaned every morning. Been living here for over two years and not a package has been stolen. I’ve never had a bug problem. This is a great start a Apartments because majority of utilities are included plus you can have the companionship of having two cats. It is also one of the most affordable apartment complexes in the area. The only downside is the laundry room only… contains two washers and two dryers that are pretty small and you have to share it with other buildings. It’s also a Quarter machine so you would have to try and find quarters which is hard because of the coin shortage.

Don’t move here if you don’t have Maryland tags their no going to give you a parking pass and they are unprofessional

We do issue temporary parking permits for the first 60 days of your residency, and as stated in your lease,… permanent permits are issued only to leaseholders with a current driver's license and Maryland vehicle registration.
