Many rats and roaches throughout the buildings and they don’t care, the other reviews are fake

NOT a noisy neighborhood at all, I moved in during the summer so I really got to see how busy It could be & it wasn’t a lot going on. Your building is cleaned every day which is amazing your building always feel/look clean!!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Really rare to need maintenance but when I do it’s usually a 24hr turnaround the most 48hrs. Management is very attentive in my opinion & sweet, from the leasing process, to moving in & any random question/concern I may have. No complaints... I made a great choice without a doubt!!

No handicap parking unless you are a resident. If you are a visitor, handicap parking is too far away from intended bldg.

Where can my visiting guests park so they don't get towed? And why is it such a mystery to find? It seems you are very quick to tow but you are not very accommodating to inform people where they can park if they are visiting.
Yet, another way people misuse their position and further complicate the lives of decent people. What's wrong here is easily fixed....come on people

I have called 3 times about the air conditioning being broken no one answers the office phone. Place is dirty and roaches run rampant throughout apartment building no matter how clean you keep your place because doors aren't insulated. No Windows you can open except balcony even in the kitchen area. Terrible place to live can't wait to leave.
