Sorry schweb management is greedy for money. We pay to park in these old apartments that we already pay rent for. A constantly rising rent.

Really disappointing. Have lived here for three years and am finally giving up and moving. While here I had my front window smashed in broad daylight, a bunch of my stuff stolen, and the management "didn't know what to do" about the broken window (sliding glass door so huge hole). The police on scene told them they had to plywood over it immediately. 3 weeks later, still had boards for a window. Did not feel safe. Finally told them I'd stop paying rent until I had glass, and magically it was in... two days later. Then, the new management took over and things got even worse. Jacked up the prices on everything (PG County doesn't have a rent raise cap like some other counties so yeah they upped it 14 percent at my first lease renewal with new management). Started calling my old efficiency a "one bedroom" and the one bedroom w/den I was renting a "two bedroom". Started charging for water and most recently parking. They are doing a bunch of cosmetic fixes to make it look fancy, but can't be bothered to even come and look at my place when I call and tell them water is pouring out of my kitchen ceiling. "Oh we fixed it" isn't enough. You want to charge top dollar? Then offer top dollar services, come clean up the mess I didn't make and dry out my cabinets and ceiling so it doesn't mold. Don't make me hunt down maintenance to get anything looked at. I am a good tenant, I paid my rent in full every single month even during the pandemic, I have never had a complaint filed against me, am quiet and take good care of my unit. Lived in the complex a little over 5yr must say that apartment have alot of Space very quit area. but must say When the new management(Schweb) took over in February 2020 everything quickly went downhill they are horrible one you put in a work ticket it take them weeks to come out and professionalism at the lease office is very bad, they are rude and wont speak when someone come in no greeting staff is horrible!!!!!!
