The Elms at Old Mill Apartments

The office and residents will steal your packages, the dumpster that you pay $20 per month is a mile away so you have to drive to it with the garbage in your car, there's no fitness center, pool, elevator to bring up groceries NOTHING, so taking up groceries is hell. There's weed and other drug smells coming into your unit every night, lots of hidden fees, its all VERY EXPENSIVE here for zero amenities and a terrible experience. DONT MOVE HERE

I have been living at Old Mill for over 5 years and have loved every bit. The community is close to my job and walking distance to my kids school. We love the resident socials the office has for the community as well.

I had the pleasure of living at the Elms at Old Mill Apartments for a year, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Here are some of the reasons why I loved living there:

The apartment complex is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby highschool for my little sister, restaurants, and grocery stores. 1 Spacious and Comfortable Living Space: The apartment is spacious and well-designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The living room was comfortable and inviting, and the bedroom was cozy and relaxing. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, which made the space feel even more open and airy.

2. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff at the Elms at Old Mill Apartments are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and were very prompt in responding to any maintenance requests.

3. Great Community: Living at the Elms at Old Mill Apartments gave me the opportunity to be part of a wonderful community. The complex regularly hosts events and gatherings for residents, which was a great way to meet my neighbors and make new friends.

Old Mill is the place to live. The staff is great and the community is always nice and clean. Its convenient to all the local stores and highways. I chose this location to be closer to my family and its been perfect!

I love the updated stainless steel in my apartment home and full size washer and dryer. I have lived here for almost a year this coming summer and i love living here at Old Mill. the staff is friendly and so helpful. They have had some really nice resident events. Im excited for the food trucks to come!
