    Good days and bad days

In the six years I have lived here, it went from pretty dang good to 'get me out of here!'

When managed by HIP, the outside and inside was well maintained, lights got fixed promptly, and rent increases were announced well before. Now that it is managed by Demers (a larger company) repairs go unattended to for months. My neighbor has repeatedly reported birds getting stuck in the hole they refuse to fix. There are different pests throughout the year...roaches, mice, spiders, and ants to name a
few. The management at Demers is unresponsive. When the drain was clogged for the third time in a month (after they claimed to have fixed it) a note was left in the lobby by management saying that people with thicker hair needed to practice better hygiene. The nerve!

The space is a good size, but there are too many loud people in the next apartment and the walls are really thin.
