To be honest, management/some people at leasing (not Neko, he’s amazing!) are negligent of tenants issues and many things don’t work as guaranteed in the lease for the $$ that is paid (parking, door locks dying, getting locked in ans out of apartment, fire safety, etc)

Our experiences with maintenance have often been frustrating. We have sometimes had difficulty getting a response unless we contacted the community manager directly. On another occasion, we were also concerned about the pool water quality, particularly for young children. We were also told that the maintenance team can be difficult to reach and may not respond promptly.

Hope communication and response times for maintenance requests will improve in the future.

The application process was easy. The staff was very friendly and helped make the process go quickly. It only took 4 days total from start to finish.

Wonderful! Except it is hard to get in touch with the rental office via phone. It will either cut off or or connect you to a series of automated messages.

The management is trying to make improvements such as adding a concentrate desk to the lobby which looks more professional. The neighborhood is convenient with shops and restaurants. Thieves recently stole all my tires in the garage and caused $8000 damage to my car. The same thing happened to another neighbor. They really need to install cameras throughout the garage and security needs to monitor the garages. It would be nice to replace the carpets and paint/repair damage in the hall. The... dryer vent from the roof has had an issue which causes condensation in the dryers. Maintenance has replaced two washer/dryer units due to the damage from the condensation.
