The management is trying to make improvements such as adding a concentrate desk to the lobby which looks more professional. The neighborhood is convenient with shops and restaurants. Thieves recently stole all my tires in the garage and caused $8000 damage to my car. The same thing happened to another neighbor. They really need to install cameras throughout the garage and security needs to monitor the garages. It would be nice to replace the carpets and paint/repair damage in the hall. The... dryer vent from the roof has had an issue which causes condensation in the dryers. Maintenance has replaced two washer/dryer units due to the damage from the condensation. I’m hopeful the issue is resolved but it’s been going on for a year now. They should all do background checks on residents and retain good neighbors.

I really like The Henri and my experience over the past 6 months has been solid. I will say that I am not a fan of the artwork overall. There is no African-american representation, and that is disappointing. Hopefully a change can be made and one of the large paintings, perhaps the one in the main foyer, can be replaced with one from an African american artist.

Friendly staff great neighborhood and all the residents that I have bumped into have been very nice. I have been enjoying all the amenities. The game.room is fun and the gym is nice. I am waiting.for.the pool to open.
