Overall, my experience living at The Henri at Pike & Rose has been very positive. The location is one of the biggest advantages—it is extremely convenient to have restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels vibrant and well maintained. The building amenities and common spaces are attractive and generally well kept, which contributes to a comfortable living environment. I also appreciate the sense of safety and the professional atmosphere throughout... the property. When issues arise, the staff is usually responsive and helpful, which makes day-to-day living easier. Overall, The Henri offers a modern, convenient, and enjoyable place to live in the North Bethesda area.

I have been a resident for almost 3 years and it has been an excellent experience. People friendly, pet friendly, excellent amenities and exceptional concierge service.
During the week we have Tatyana. Always smiling and especially helpful. She will address any of the residents concerns, organizes all of the packages and makes everyone, especially the dogs feel special.
Our weekend concierge Catharine is also terrific. It is comforting hearing “Welcome Home“ and to receive a big smile.... Catharine also loves all of the pets and is a great source of ideas for food in the neighborhood.
Our newest addition is our evening concierge Lloyd. A true gentleman. Prior to the start of the new year (2026) there was no evening concierge. Lloyd is friendly and STRONG presence that is comforting to the residents coming home in the evening.

Four months in and I’m loving life at The Henri! The move-in process was stress-free, which was a huge relief. The amenities here are pretty good. I find myself using the fitness center and lounges way more than I expected. Being steps away from the best dining and shopping in North Bethesda is a total game-changer for my social life. The maintenance team is also super responsive and professional. It’s been a fantastic experience so far.

Everything is great here. I just wish that the apartment leasing office would do a better job with renewing my lease. I also found dog poop lying in the lobby. One time. There needs to be better accountability for dog owners.
