The staff reception was great and welcoming. I love the homely vibe the residence gives. The only issues I had were the showers and sinks in both bathrooms being clogged when I moved in and it took maintenance a whole week to come fix them. Also, the key fob wasn’t working when I moved so I couldn’t use the gym that weekend. I went to the office on a Monday and was told it will be fixed but it still wasn’t.

My experience overall has been good. The only issues I have are the mailboxes I was never told which mailbox belongs to me and the lock is very finicky, the dog waste, high grass, and lack of parking.

The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean and usable. If there’s a problem with the property it’s usually resolved within a couple days. Maintenance is quick and friendly as well. The main issue is if there’s a complaint about another resident (mostly noise complaints) there hasn’t really been any action taken by the leasing office to stop it aside from (possibly) a lightly worded email asking them to please respect the quiet hours. It’s become such a problem that after numerous... complaints I’ve given up.
