DO NOT MOVE HERE
Yes the apartment is cute but thats about it. This is the wort apartment complex I have ever lived at, the communication between the staff and residents is terrible. I have put several maintenance requests in and they have all for the most part gone unnoticed i had to go to the office in person and complain and they still will do nothing about it. The office staff are not friendly or helpful.
You have to pay a 450 amenity fee every time you renew your lease ( i have also heard some people... don't pay) and the amenities are terrible the gym is lackluster and the pool is small and dirty most of the time
You can’t control your thermostat all year around they cut off the air in the winter and the heat in the summer and take forever to turn it back on when the seasons change it’s literally 80 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the apartment. And freezing in the winter.
The trash compactor is always full and the residents just leave the garbage outside of it and its left for days the gates at the entry do not work and you have to pay 30 a month for parking with no assigned spot or no sticker so anyone can really park for free
Save yourself the trouble and don't move here!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I've been living here since June. My unit is nice (albeit probably a little overpriced) so everything is fine when there are no issues. But AS SOON AS you have the smallest maintenance need or issue, good luck - management is impossible to contact, extremely slow to resolve even emergency issues, and always has the excuses as to why things aren't being handled. It has been an INFURIATING experience, and I'm extremely low-key and patient. Don't waste your hard-earned money unless you want... headaches!

nobody in the house was office
Showed up for a tour waited for a hour no one showed up there was a bunch of people waiting as well just left after a an hour of waiting

Do not move here
The worst experience I've ever had! My unit had a laundry list of issues, clearly it was not inspected before it was leased and maintenence doesn't respond.

Horrible
I had the worse experience living here at RIVERSTONE apartments! Would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude, the place is horrible.
