MICE AND ROACH INFESTED!!!!!

Please dont be fooled buy the cost of the cheap rent. My apartment is infested with roaches and mice since I moved in. I call the rental office and they send in someone to spray the apartment and it does absolutely nothing. My apartment has been treated for mice and roaches 6 times. Please stay away. This place is disgusting and not a place to call home!

Roaches,rats,lack of communication, unprofessionalism,short staffed constantly.

Roaches and spiders and other bugs everywhere!! I’ve changed units within the first month due to roaches, and it made no difference. If you want to keep your sanity, don’t move here! The rating on here is 100%false.

False 5/5 Rating

Gun Violence in our parking lot. Unsolved shootings, gunmen at large.
Mold, Mildew in the community laundry room which you have to pay per load. be careful going to the laundry mat across the street because there are Stabbings there. Management does not care about residents. Amenities advertised are not actually available for use. Not the gym, not the theatre and last summer not the pool. We paid a fee for these amenities and expected for them to be available.

Unfortunately, crime can happen anywhere and we do not know the details of every event and this may be due to ongoing investigations.

Do not expect maintenance or the leasing office to show sympathy or answer your concerns in a timely manner. If the buying process for a home was slightly easier. I would have left a long time ago. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to call a place home.
If I would give this place negative 5 out 5 rates I would.
