Very dishonest office staff

I filled out an application by mistake and paid an application fee. I asked them about a refund and the office manager said they don't do that. Even though I make a little over $1,000 a month.. All that money they make and can't give my money back. Even though the lady in their office said the guy on duty is the manager he said he's not. They are very very dishonest. Nasty people.

The Pleasure Was All Mine

I lived at Colonial Village Apartments for the past 6 1/2 years and will always remember how friendly and caring the office staff went about their duties. The staff - under the leadership of Mr Leon - Mr Hesh, Ms. Davis, and Ms. Avilla, were very professional and all times and showed that they cared.

The main memory I have from living there was the urgency they showed when you called for maintenance, whether it was during the working day or after hours.

I called Colonial Village home and now… that I have moved, I realize I was living in a mansion. The house I moved to could not find my king size bed. I had to downsize to a queen. At colonial Village my bedroom could fit 2 king size beds and I am not exaggerating.

I will recommend anybody to Colonial Village Apartments

Disgusting

Went to view a unit was only showed half of one being remodeled. I asked about how quiet the neighborhood was and was told to do a drive by , and if i wanted to know about crime to visit the nearest police station. Asked a tenant on the way out and was told that the complex is infested by roaches , mice , and bed bugs .
