Parkview Gardens Apartments

I have lived there for a year and Oh my God the bedbugs everywhere after a week and the mouse making holes everywhere. And their service are very bad . No security
Very dirty you will see trash everywhere . The tenants are very careless with loud music and don’t care if you have a baby sleeping or party every time
I don’t recommend this place for anyone .

the leasing office refuses to call back, i had to call them every time they said they would call me because they just didnt and when i called them then they would look into the thing they were supposed to look into before calling me even though i gave them an extra day. sometimes they dont pick up the phone during normal business hours. and they gave false information, said we were approved and we looked at an apartment they said they would call us the next day and then when i called them they… said there was a problem with application even though we had already been approved and then they signed the apartment over to someone else, even though the only reason we hadnt already signed for it was because they decided not to tell us there was a problem even though we had talked to them several times since being approved. also the apartment we looked at had damaged floors, a broken closet and moss growing on the skylight, which i doubt they will fix since they seem to ignore us if we arent actively on the phone Read More

I have been a resident here for over 5 years now! Yes, it’s really hard to find a good apartment complex, but this place was the best decision I’ve ever made moving here due to proximity to UMD and DC. Despite some reviews but I had to go and see it for myself. It’s also right across from the Beltway and surrounded by over 4 Metro Stations that made my commute smooth! The property is gated and consistently maintained. Some of the reviews are talking about mice, I have never had any issues in my… apartment with mice or insects, it’s really up to the individual to keep their apartment clean, and this is absolutely the case nationwide! The office has a great rotation program that mitigates any issues throughout the year. Their maintenance tickets are done same day or so depending on the severity of the issue. I receive emails letting me know the status of the ticket and important events in the area, that was quite helpful actually to know what’s going on in the area. Me and my girlfriend visited this apartment complex two weeks ago, we liked their two bedroom top floor apartment, the living room is large, master bedroom has a walk-in closet, the kitchen was okay, however i liked the appliances they show us in the model, but the lady said that we can get a stainless steel fridge and stove with an extra charge! the leasing staff were very nice and helpful, overall i liked the place and will definitely go back in December to apply.
