RODENTS ALL OVER
Warning: Wildercroft Terrace Apartments are a rat palace. It's ashamed that families live here. I have seen more than a few rodents and management cant seen to get rid of them, or they dont really care. The rodent food/poison doesn't work because they somehow know not to eat it. The people they send here do not know how to rid them from the apartment. I have had to kill two just for walking in plain site. Others are too quick to catch. They infiltrate the oven, refrigerator and cabinets. Beware,... its really bad here.

Roaches & Rodents Galore
When you sign your lease here, just know that you're also signing a lease for the roaches and rodents that will be joining you in your apartment.
Being a "clean person" doesn't matter. They'll find a way into your home regardless, and no matter how many times you call on the exterminator, they'll be back with a vengeance.
Parking here is a major issue - come after 5PM and you might have to park at the Rite Aid across the street. There's also a random undercover police officer here that parks... at the top of the hill, and no one really knows what he's investigating.
All in all, I honestly wouldn't really recommend this property. It's cheap, but is cheap for a reason. You've been warned.

Wilder croft terrace
Wilder croft terrace has been a life saver for me. When no other apartment gave me a chance because I didn't build any credit, wilder croft terrace offered month to month rental payments for a year that allow me a place to stay as well as a place to build my credit. Every resident gets a parking pass and visitors can stay for a limited time before being towed. The complex has been very quiet but the walls are thin and if you don't have fans constantly blowing you can hear everyone's... conversations. I stay in a one bedroom and from what I hear it is normal to see a few roaches. My apartment is new and renovated and by the second week I spotted one or two roaches. I hate it but nothing I can't handle considering it is a good location near new carrollton and prince George's plaza metro, most utilities included and lots of food places nearby
