Parkside Landing Apartments

I was in the Rockville area looking for apartments and happened to come across Parkside Landing, so I decided to stop by. I didn’t have a tour scheduled, but I went into the leasing office to see if anyone might be available to show me around.

The office was busy, and Property Manager Daija was helping another prospective resident. Even so, she acknowledged me right away and, once she finished, took the time to personally show me three different apartment homes with different layouts and... locations throughout the community.

What impressed me the most was that she never made me feel rushed. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made sure I understood my options. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely welcoming.

You can tell when someone enjoys what they do, and Daija made me feel at home without it even being my home yet. That level of customer service is rare these days and made a lasting first impression.

The community was clean, the apartments were well-maintained, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Even though I was just a walk-in, I was treated like my time mattered.

Absolutely a no-go for teleworkers, children who are doing online schooling or teens and college students who need to study. Too much noise from neighbors (on both sides) because the walls are PAPER THIN! Too much noise outside from the on-going construction. Staff was always nice but it doesn’t matter because they change staff a lot. A few times it was hard to reach someone but I was able to go into the office and get results.

Deafening construction noise starting before 7 am, and going until 5 pm. Construction vehicle fuel fumes, so you can't even go outside. Constant false fire alarms.

The past almost two years Fireside Park Apartments have been my home. I originally chose these apartments because of the location, pet policy and value. However, I stayed because of the wonderful personnel of Edge management; Robert, Phillip, Janea, Seth and Franco. They have been the most professional, capable and caring team over my stay at Fireside Park Apartments.
