This place has gone super downhill in the last 6 months. Seems like management changed and decided they wanted to pump up the profit numbers to new highs (classic) and started taking things away from residents - such as the formerly existent free coffee machine. It was broken and rather than replacing it, it just disappeared. Or the 2-3 familiar employees you used to see in the leasing office. I like this place, the apartment I am renting is clean and cozy. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars - is because the building is old and needs refreshing inside just as it is being refreshed on the outside. Proximity of restaurants and massive trash containers results in horrible stench at the side of the building. Carpets should no longer be a thing in the hallways - there should be cleaner sound insulation. I’ve only been at The Stories for a few weeks so far, but my experience has been positive overall! The maintenance teams have been responsive, friendly, and attentive whenever issues have come up, and communication has been prompt throughout the process. The community, amenities, and neighborhood have been lovely so far and I’m looking forward to settling in more over time!

Overall good experience, just loud at times since it’s close to the street. Management and maintenance are very friendly and fix any issue that arises.

Great place to live, the location is very convenient and has everything around. The noise is minimal, the staff is accommodating and kind, and the apartments are homey.
