overall I am very pleased with the location and living conditions at the condominium. However, I kindly request that the recent issue regarding the facade be addressed as soon as possible to maintain the property. Thank you for your time and assistance

Location is great.
But unfortunately this apartment took away some amenities. ( no more residents cafe, media room, and monthly events)

Great location and comfortable place to live. The condominium is in a convenient area, close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The community is generally quiet, and the property is well maintained. The only area that could be improved is the maintenance service. I would appreciate faster responses to maintenance requests and emails when issues arise in the apartment. Better communication and quicker follow-up would make the overall living experience much better.

Not recommended at all. Neighbors stomp through apartments at night. Some units let dogs bark profusely through their unit. Pest are a huge problem on the exterior. Maintenance is unprofessional and lazy.
