Was good at one point
I moved in December of 2023 and loved the high ceilings and the responsiveness of maintenance, but this summer (2025) they started doing a lot of construction and it has continued to be a daily hassle, noise, with no meaningful improvements. I work from home and it has been incredibly disruptive and they’ve done such a poor job that paint drops are everywhere and things look worse. Management is not staying on top of giving us notices that this work is being done. I’m startled to find random... workers on my patio moving my things and then dripping paint on them. I wish I never renewed. I am overpaying to live somewhere loud with no consideration for its tenants.
