Poorly and cheaply built, horribly managed, and even badly maintained. Electrician took 3 days to show up and stayed without electricity for 3 consecutive days. No maintenance team on site or available upon request. The only good thing is the floor plan

We CAN NOT even iron clothes in the bedrooms, living, dining areas because outlets are 15amps instead of spending a little bit and getting the 20amps
