Overall not bad

The pros
Spacious apartments
Close to restaurants/shopping
Overall positive vibe from other tenants.
The wonderful collection of animals.
The gym area
The overall quiet environment

Staffing response time
Not open minded to changes
The pool is max 5ft and too small for the entire complex. The hours could use work too but after 15-20 people get in the pool area it’s too packed and yet 20 people could be just one building out of the all the buildings. The life guards don’t play... attention and could really hurt the reputation.

Mill Pond Apartments

Since it’s been since 2021 since someone has left a review, I thought I would do so. The office staff is super friendly and always willing to help (even on the weekend). The maintenance team has gotten a lot quicker with response time to concerns. I think the biggest improvement has been communication. We are getting updates on things such as maintenance requests through a daily email. They now do events around the office to help make this place more of a community. All in all I would definitely... recommend Mill Pond to someone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Salisbury

Great place to live!

I have been living at Millpond for the past eight years. It is a safe community. The staff is also very friendly and always willing to help in any way with any problem that occurs. There is a lot of nice amenities that are also very convenient. Overall, a great place to live!

Mill Pond

I feel That Mill Pond Village is a Awesome place to live. The Staff is awesome, the maintenance is always fast, friendly. They respond very quickly. The decor is wonderful The apartments are roomy and the neighbors are courteous and respectful. I Love it here.

Mill Pond

The community is clean and well kept, all maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Indoor pool available off season, outdoor pool is spacious and well maintained with a lifeguard always on duty. Gym is easily accessible always and the staff is easy to contact with concerns.
