Parkside Apartments

Building 500 keeps getting flooded and we've had to find temporary places to live every time. Right now we are still waiting for them to fix the holes they put in our walls to dry them out. It's been 2 weeks so far. We have mold, and they cut a large hole in our ceiling over our bathtub. When we expressed our concerns to the building manager, she told us our apt is still livable. There are other tenants who have it even worse than we do. I cannot recommend this place.

Living here is like living in a third world country,it is over run with haitians who live like they still reside their.You have to wait several weeks to get something minor fixed and they keep going up in rent without renovating or upgrading anything.

One of the few apartment complexes in Salisbury with it's own backyard! This complex is great for kids, couples, or singles living in the area! It's very close to shops, pharmacies, and local restaurants. Parkside is also less than 10 minutes from Salisbury University, home of the Salisbury Seagulls. The complex has a wonderful pool open to the residents all summer long. Each apartment is equipped with its own terrace or balcony, great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee! There's no... place like it in Salisbury for the price you pay here. It's also very short driving distance to the mall, and other many retailers and restaurants! I just moved into Park Side apartments and so far o enjoy it. My move in was very easy and any problems or concerns I had about my apartment, I took directly to office. They were very friendly and any matters I needed to be fixed they were on it quickly. So far, I enjoy living here!
