Not what you think it is!

My experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. During my time here, I experienced three floods in my apartment, including two that happened back-to-back. Since the flooding, my apartment has had a persistent damp/musty smell, and the carpet was never properly cleaned after the floods.

I also had ongoing maintenance issues, including a closet door that repeatedly fell off the track. On top of that, I dealt with noise disturbances from the time I moved in, which made it… difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment.

Another major concern was communication and accountability. I felt that the assistant leasing manager did not take accountability for issues that were within her responsibility to address. When you are dealing with repeated flooding, maintenance problems, and ongoing noise complaints, you expect management to communicate effectively and take ownership of resolving those concerns.

Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering this property to ask detailed questions about how they handle flooding, maintenance issues, noise complaints, and management concerns before signing a lease.

Only good thing I can say is, the leasing agent Tan was very professional and nice.

20 mice in one year

If you like surprise visits from anything except for maintenance, this is the apartment for you. In a year of living, we have caught 20+ mice, dealt with cockroaches, and had 5 water leaks resulting in unsanitary conditions. Work orders were submitted but often canceled, ignored, delayed, or improperly addressed. Pest control is "provided," but that consists of someone placing a few glue traps and calling it a day. Our pantry is filled with mouse poop. There are 10+ holes in the baseboards… chewed out by mice that no one addresses. Water leaked out of our ceiling for 14 consecutive days at one point. Our car was broken into. The property manager will comment that they are so very sorry about my experience and are working to resolve it. This is to save face. Let the track record speak for itself; these issues are not and will not be fixed. Save yourself. The only positive reviews are from people who have toured the complex, not experienced it.
