Maintenance is Above and Beyond

I have lived at Nob Hill here in Silver Spring for well over 11 years. I recently put in a request to have a maintenance person replace a shower filter for me. I purchased this myself, and it was not really his responsibility to do this favor for me, but when I came home from work there was a notice hung on my door that it had been taken care of. Maintenance has always been very good and competently handled for a variety of reasons.

Very unprofessional

Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about apartments some days ago because i was looking to move. I told them that i would like to schedule a time to view an apartment. The apartment viewing was scheduled for today. I take an uber to get there and Karen, the lady who i set up the appointment with, tells me there are no apartments available for viewing. I don't even think she was expecting me. She forgot she even sent me an email confirmation 2 days ago for apartment viewing for today.… Didn't call, or send an email saying there were no longer any apartments to view. Complete waste of time.

Terrible

Parking is insane, the office will tow in 20 minutes but it takes 2 hours for a tow truck to remove a vehicle from your assigned space. Roaches in apartment. Still waiting for maintenance to take action after 5 months. Noise is insane & no one cares, including the office staff.

Empty Promises, Poor Service

I have lived here for several months and am counting down the days until my lease is up. Before signing the lease, the office assistants made several promises that we learned after moving in just weren't true. The biggest problem is the parking. The office gives out more parking passes than spaces available, so if more than one person in your apartment has a car, good luck. It also makes it almost impossible to have guests. Similarly to the other review, we have had mice and bug problems.

On… top of this, the property manager is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I don't think she has ever heard of customer service in her life. She is completely unreasonable and unwilling to do anything to help her tenants.

In summary, RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

A Taste Of Everything

Since living here we've had a bit of everything living creature here. First it was roaches then they were able to fix it and then bed bugs and now mice. They came in for mice and covered the hole in the HVAC but it did nothing i saw the mice come out the night after. I have a 1year old and a newborn this is very unsanitary. But on the bright side management is great. If you need something fixed they come right away. I just wish they can get rid of these pest.
