Thayer Terrace

This building is poorly kept. The management and owners do not show any interest in maintaining this building. There are rodents and insects all over, urine in the hallways and stairways, food spilled, drinks spilled by some of the tenants that they refuse to discipline. The maintenance people barely fix anything without making something else worse. When complaints are made to the manager, he acts like he will do something about it, but in actuality, he is there to collect a check and go about... his day. The only consistency is the rent increase every year, which does not reflect in the way that the building is upkept. No improvements, the stairs are old some apartments outdated, etc. Parking is also not free, and for whatever reason, they took away the visitor parking which was used for people visiting you.
