This property is amazing! Very affordable as well. Thank you Anthony, the property manager. He and the property team has been renovating the property and it is amazing! I’ve been here a year, and while the price is cheap with utilities included, well… you get what you pay for: Rats constantly fighting on the side of the building (you can hear them right out the window), a loud bar next door where you hear music and people throwing up in their parking lot at 9PM, a mice infestation where they come in each apartment via the heating/AC unit (each unit should come with a standard cat), roaches, used condoms in the parking lot left by disgusting residents, all... manner of grossness smeared on the stairway walls, over packed garbage bin, poorly painted walls in apartments constantly peeling, and only 1 maintenance person for the 2 sided apartment. There’s a call box at the apartment lobby, but no way for the box to contact each unit. The heat is turned on way too early in the year and the AC is available way too late (make sure to have a fan ready). The only comfort is that there are no bed bugs… yet, and management seems very kind, although woefully ineffective when needed. Read More
