The Citron is an apartment community in Silver Spring, MD
Do not live here. There are mice and cockroaches. The staff is very unhelpful. I have tried scheduling pest control multiple times and nobody shows up or they reschedule over and over. When they do, they put down sticky traps which do not ultimately solve the problem. This has been ongoing for 4 months now and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it except "empathize" with my issue.

THIN WALLS
It is NOT worth the money to live here.
The walls are paper thin!!! You can hear each and every step your upstairs neighbors take (god forbid they drop something or have a vibrating bed!). You can hear your next door neighbors slamming their drawers to their bedroom chest, slamming cabinets, using the garbage disposal, yapping on their balcony. Other neighbors have loud yappy dogs and slam doors.
My upstairs neighbors dump water all over my balcony 3-4 days/week. Took weeks to get taken care... of and it still continues to drip onto my balcony. Can't enjoy my own balcony for fear of getting drenched.
On top of that, it takes FOREVER to get responses from the management team. Has taken MONTHS for some of these issues to be tended to, others just can't be dealt with because simply put: cheap construction of the building.

WELCOME TO LUXURY STYLE LIVING!
It's not that often that you can find a home that has everything you want all into one! The Citron offers many different floor plans and amenities that are unique from any other. In addition, the Citron employees are very attentive and professional. Make sure that you ask for Valeria upon arrival for a breathtaking tour and come ready to move in! You will see it for yourself.

Great place to live!
Terrific building! Everyone here is friendly. Well maintained and a great place to relax and hang out. Downtown Silver Spring is steps away with great dining, shopping and entertainment. Yet, when you are in your apartment, it is very quiet and peaceful! Very close to the metro, for work or having fun!

Star of Silver Spring
The Citron is a warm, vibrant and dynamic community. The staff is exceptionally professional and kind, the maintenance staff do an incredibly thorough job of making all our community spaces welcoming and are available 24 hours should anything happen--but it never does! The apartments are spacious with huge windows, high end appliances and functional layouts. All of downtown Silver Spring is easily walked from our front door, and the Metro is barely five minutes away. The Citron felt like home... the moment I walked in 3 years ago and has only become more so with time.
