The Corona

I lived here for almost two year (December 2017 to September 2019). I wish I had never lived here. Maintenance is at the least in this building, the walls are all peeling, bath tubes old, rats, roaches and crawling insects are never absent from here. The heating and cooling system are terribly unfavorable. Security wise, there are always police in the building as a result of hostile actions.
I can't recommend this place for any decent person.

The apartment building is nice but not kept that well. Its an older building and has plenty of problems. Too many roaches and not many amenities. Toilet and sink backs up too often.

The apartment is very near to Silver Spring down town,many shopping centers and restaurants. It is near to Montgomery college,elementary and high school for a family who have school children of different age. But also know that rent payment is on time and have less or no tolerance of llate pay. On time maintenance is inadequate.
