The Belnor Senior Residences

When you apply, make sure you find out everything before signing and moving in. This process has been the worst I have ever seen yet. The management office knows nothing, and when you ask them questions regarding specifics things they say one thing one day and change it the next day. They act like this is public housing and we should be happy to be here. There is one person in particular who is so rude and has no remorse for it, and trust me there are a number of others who feel the same way... . The management company is out of touch with what is happening because they do not respond. I was approved for a condo and am so sorry I chose this place.

The apartments have a grey office looking carpet which takes away from its appearance. We were not allowed to view the apartments before we moved in therefore, not having the opportunity to actually see what we were getting. When some complained the comments was that you don't have to live here. The customer service is horrific.

The good is that some of the apartments are fairly nice, there are a lot of good features such as the community room, the fitness center and laundry rooms on every floor, a barbeque area etc. I had all of these plus a tennis court and pool at the condo. It will be nice to see when they produce some clear policies for some of the features and stop telling residents anything to appease them at the time.

This is not something that I would usually do, however, because this experience has bee so bad, I have to give a heads up to potential residents. Read More
