Apartment was nice when viewed and I inquired about a leak review and they assured me that it was a different complex location and my renovated apartment broken window is set to be fixed before my move in date. I had to report them to housing to put urgency w fixing the cracked window in timely fashion after 30 days and threaten rent escrow and they fixed it. 2 months later a minor leak started in the hallway after rain and... they neglected to fix the issue even after multiple work orders of it going through the hallway light causing flickering. Lines started to form on ceiling, discoloring, and areas increasing with every rain and maintenance came out and did nothing. Contacting emergency line with every heavy rain, the maintenance would go to the roof and scoop water from top when it got worse, until one rainy night the ceiling collapsed in 1 bedroom. They had the audacity to say it was fixed 48 hours later after they did a patchy job to cover it up which I caught them and notified them it was unacceptable with pictures, and I requested relocation or early lease termination. Mold began to effect our allergies, 1 of the 2 tenants had to find new housing, and items were damaged. They spent all month attempting to fix the issues randomly every week without announcing entering into the home. A female in the other room in the 2 bedroom apartment, hearing noises to find 3 maintenance men randomly came in was an issue I brought to management that they did not correct! To relocate they wanted to charge us more drastically in rent or the same price with a downgraded apartment, that was 100 sq ft less and downgrade and that complex had many RECENT reviews of mouses and roach infestations! Forced to find alternative housing although, we paid them rent that last month and could not even stay there. Save yourself a hassle, and don’t rent with this management.
