The worst place to live. They charge you a pet fee. When the mice and roaches are already here.
They real nice getting you in here. But the property manager very unprofessional. The maintenance workers are lazy. They make matters work. Homeless people sleeping in laundry room that smells like urine and mold. The only thing good. If you dont have a car. Everything is here for you.
Do yourself a favor. Don't move here. It will save you some heart ache.

I have been living in this apartment complex for over 4 years and the Rental Office and owners are horrible. My apartment has had mold on 3 occasions and the rental office seems to feel that scraping the wall and painting it fixes the problem. Dina the property manager is very nasty and has no respect. When you call to complain, her attitude is that you are imposing on her to fix your problem. If you don't pay your rent on time, Dina will threaten to evict you without a notice from the courts. … We have homeless people living in the building and the smell of weed is always strong with the young men on the porch or sitting in the hallways. Please do your research. This has been a nightmare. The health department has visited my unit several times and even with that Dina manages to still be nasty to me as a tenant. At first, I was super thankful that they accepted my application because my credit was horrible. Upon move in, I saw mouse droppings under the kitchen sink, in which maintenance cleaned. I never saw the mice running around, however, when my boyfriend at the time put down mouse traps, it became apparent. But it gets better. This complex definitely has bedbugs. I say it in a present tense because bed bugs are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of. And they are, for sure, in the building that is the main… picture for this profile. Word of advice: Talk to the neighbors of any complex you’re considering because they WILL keep it real with you. I was so desperate to have a place to stay, and the guy I spoke to made it seem like bedbugs was a past issue. However, it was very current. Lesson learned! Door was broken when I went to look at apartment. You can see in the place from the bottom of the door. Under the kitchen sink were mice droppings. Spiders and roaches were crawling everywhere when the lights were turned off. I was pregnant and had to break my lease. The apartment smelled like mildew and maintenance just stopped coming out altogether
