A better value versus complexes surrounding the area

Harbor manner is a good value for your money when comparing to other complexes in the surrounding area especially now that we have surveillance cameras which will hopefully deter any more theft or property damage overall it is a good home base community

I love my apartment

I moved into Harbour Manor April 2013 and I have loved it since the day I moved in. I went from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. I looked at other apts after 2 years of residing there and when another apt called for rental verification, my property manager called me and said that she didn't want me to leave and I was a great tenant and she would try everything in her power to get me to stay at a rate I can afford. She kept her promise and I stayed and I'm happy I did!!

Nice apartment

I love my apartment! It's spacious with a closet size. The appliances are fairly modern. There are washing machines and dishwashers in every unit! The only downside about the washing machine is that it is also a dryer. So, you can only wash one load at a time because you would have to wait for the same load to dry. I have children so this bothers me. The only other down side is that if you park on the street of 23rd parkway outside of the parking lot, your car could be broken in to. There have… been a lot of time when leaving and coming home that I have seen cars with busted windows on that street. Again, not in the complex parking lot, the main toad. A bit too close for comfort. Maintainance is really good with repairs as well as quick to respond. This is a nice living space and quiet neighborhood. The rent is also affordable. I wouldn't discourage any one from moving here.

Living Lavish

I recently moved to my new place in May 2015 and I must say I have had NO problems. The environment is great, safe, and kid friendly. I love my washer and dryer and newly installed alarm system. The rental office staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
