Marlow Garden and Towers

I moved in recently. The price and location work well for me. A couple of weeks after moving in, I saw mice in the kitchen. When I described the mice to the pest control people, they confirmed that they were RATS. The leasing office does not consider rodent infestations an emergency, and residents must wait for treatment. My kitchen contents have been in my dining room since December 16th, and there has been no follow-up treatment. Pest control was supposed to come today, 1/6, and they did not.... The environment is unsafe, with gunshots almost every day. Nearly got shot when entering the apartment. No response to almost all maintenance requests for months. The leasing office staff members lie with ease. They tell you something in a moment and at other times deny ever saying it. The apartment is very dirty. Pest infestations. No heat during winter. I can go on with a list of what is wrong with the apartment. Don't ever make the mistake of moving to this apartment.

DO NOT LET THESE PICTURES FOOL YOU. The apartments are trash, the management team is trash, unprofessional, and rude. NOTHING gets fixed in the apartments!!! They are all liars. The maintenance half do what they supposed to fix. The only time they want to fix stuff is when they get in trouble. This is a terrible place to live!!! DO NOT...
