Eudowood Towers

Please think twice about moving to this apartment complex. Packages are constantly stolen because there is no mail room. Management and the leasing agents will ignore emails complaining about the constant theft. I have suggested that they have get a camera to discourage people from stealing other peoples packages, and again they ignored me. To be paying all this money to live here it is unacceptable to have a blatant disregard for their tenants. Instead we were told to get our packages sent to a... locker or to pick up our packages which is an inconvenience because you don’t know what peoples work hours. Lived here for about a year, and really happy with the building overall! First, utilities--including CENTRAL AIR and heat--are included. Our unit has about 75% parquet floors and really nice granite countertops, at a very affordable price. Right across from a shopping center that includes a grocery store, also just a couple miles from 695.

Downsides would include that repairs are frequent, and water is shut off about two times a month, but they're good about doing it during the day, when most... people are at work anyway. We were also promised a garbage disposal, but it wasn't installed before we moved in.

Otherwise, this is an affordable apartment building in Towson, great if you need to commute to Baltimore but don't want to live in the city. Read More

No mail room, mail stolen on multiple occasions. The constant renovation on the apartment causes them to shut off the water frequently. Not to mention maintenance comes in with barely any notice. If you love no privacy then Eudowood is the place to be.
