I continue to enjoy living at Flats at 703. For the most part it is a quiet community. The only thing noise wise that is annoying is that person above me, I can hear everyone they make. And people continue to let their pets pee in the stairwells.

Great apartment with great people. Didn't have any issues. The building is nice and clean. Noise is very minimal. Some of the carpets could use a change, though.

The staff at this apartment complex truly sets it apart. They’re incredibly friendly, always greeting residents with warm smiles and genuine care. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests promptly or helping with packages and everyday needs, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. Their accommodating attitude makes living here stress-free — they listen, respond quickly, and handle concerns with professionalism and kindness. From organizing fun community events to simply... being available for a chat, they foster a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat residents. Having such an awesome team around makes all the difference; it transforms apartment living into a true community.
