Very clean and organized complex.. Love that we are close my st.Charles high school.. Area is wonderful.. Sometimes Maintenance takes a while but when they come they get the job done..

This is a nice community to live in; it's peaceful and kept clean. Maintenence usually shows up mostly the 2nd day of your call. I recommend that inasmuch as the community is kept safe and clean, the ratings will be high.

It’s a wonderful neighborhood and everything is nice. It’s friendly and the staff is great. The apartment is loving and I feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Pretty good place; I don't have too many issues here. The biggest issue is that maintenance never lets you know when/what day they're coming after you put in a request.
